I've eaten here twice now. Both times the staff were friendly and helpful. The food is great! Something different for our small town! So far I've tried the vitality bowl (see picture) with chicken (added aioli with the Italian dressing *chefs kiss*) and the southeast bowl. Both were great. Big portions at an affordable price in my opinion. I can't wait to try a smoothie bowl and maybe some coffee! 2/27/26 Yesterday I had the chocolate craze smoothie-it was so good!

I absolutely love the food and the owners. I am very picky and their bowls are off the chain along with the the best empanadas since I lived in FL. What a blessing to have this place.
